Common questions
Is Lord Guide Me really free?
Yes. Every topic, chapter, verse and prayer is free, and nothing is locked. There’s an optional way to leave a tip in the app’s More page, but nothing changes whether you do or not.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s no sign-up and no login. Just open the app and start reading.
What happens to what I read and save?
It stays on your phone. We don’t collect it and can’t see it. If you delete the app, your saved items and reading progress are deleted too. See our privacy policy.
How do I save a verse or a chapter?
Tap the bookmark icon next to any verse, chapter or prayer. Everything you save appears on the Saved page.
Can I make the text bigger?
Yes. Go to More → Reading size. The app also follows your phone’s own text size setting.
How do I see the tour again?
Go to More → “Take the tour again”.
Which Bible translation do you use?
The Berean Standard Bible (BSB), a modern, accurate translation that has been dedicated to the public domain.
Who writes the chapters?
The chapters are written to keep Scripture, explanation, stories and prayer clearly separate. Where Christians genuinely read a passage in different ways, we say so. If you think something is wrong or unclear, please email us. Corrections are always welcome.
Is this a replacement for counselling or medical help?
No. Lord Guide Me offers spiritual guidance. It isn’t a substitute for medical, mental health, legal or emergency support, and it will always point you towards real help when you need it.
