What the app stores

The app stores the following on your device only:

• Which chapters you have read and how far through you are
• Verses, chapters, prayers and topics you have saved
• Your reading text size setting
• Whether you have seen the welcome screen

This information never leaves your phone. We cannot see it. If you delete the app, it is deleted with it.

What we do not do

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location
• We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising software
• We do not create user accounts or profiles
• We do not share or sell any information, because we do not hold any
• The app does not use cookies

Links out of the app

Some pages link to outside services, for example a helpline directory. When you follow a link, you leave Lord Guide Me and that organisation’s own privacy policy applies. We do not pass any information to them.

Tips and payments

If you choose to leave a tip in the app, the payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your card details, and we do not receive your name or contact details from them.

Ko-fi

If you choose to support Lord Guide Me through Ko-fi on this website, that payment is handled by Ko-fi and its payment providers under their own privacy policy. Ko-fi may share your name and message with us so we can see who has given; we never see your card details and won’t use your details for anything else.

If you email us

If you email us, we will only use your email address and message to reply to you. We will not add you to any list or share your message with anyone.

This website

This website has no cookies, analytics or tracking, and its fonts are hosted here rather than loaded from other companies. Like every website, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security, for a short time.

Children

Lord Guide Me is written for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
